TRADING UPDATE FOR THE 6 MONTHS ENDED 31 AUGUST 2008
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that the earnings and headline earnings per share of CIC for the six
month period ended 31 August 2008 are expected to be between 50% and 65% higher
than for the six months period ended 31 August 2007.
Please note that no interim results were published for the previous
corresponding period as CIC was not listed at the time and has changed its year
end from 30 June to 28 February.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by CIC`s auditors.
The Group`s results for the six months ended 31 August 2008 are expected to be
released on SENS on or about 31 October 2008.
