RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of Monyetla shareholders and debenture holders
held on Wednesday, 22 October 2008 (in terms of the notice of annual general
meeting contained in the Monyetla annual report), all of the resolutions
proposed were passed by the requisite majority of Monyetla shareholders and
debenture holders.
