FURTHER DETAILED CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the detailed cautionary announcement dated 29 July 2008 released on
SENS, shareholders are advised that Intertrading is still engaged in the
negotiations referred to therein which, if successfully concluded, may have a
material effect on the trading price of Intertrading`s securities.
The negotiations referred to above are still expected to be concluded by or
during March 2009 and Intertrading will remain under cautionary until
finalisation of these negotiations. An updated detailed cautionary announcement
will be issued during the month of January 2009.
However should anything material occur, either prior to the 3 monthly update
cycle or March 2009, an announcement giving full details of such occurrence will
be released on SENS and in the press.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in the company`s securities until a full announcement is made.
