BCX advise that Peter Watt has resigned from the Board with effect from 22
October 2008.
Mr Watt served as chief executive of the company from February 2003 to December
2007. BCX chairman Tony Ruiters thanked Mr Watt for his contribution over the
years as a subsidiary company director, group chief executive officer and then
non-executive director. "BCX has truly benefited from Peter`s contribution over
the years and his wealth of experience of BCX and the industry will be missed.
We wish Peter well in his future endeavours."
