DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS (AMENDED ISSUE PRICE)
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS at
14h30 today in which the incorrect price OF 166 cents per share
was advised. The correct price is 430 cents per share and has
been revised below.
In terms of rule 3.63 to 3.66 of the Listings Requirements of the

Mr. John Michael Robotham
Date of transaction: 22 October 2008
Number of shares: 240,000
Class of shares: Ordinary shares
Nature of transaction: Shift of portfolio shares from
South Africa to London
Price: 430 cents per share
Nature of interest: These shares form part of Mr.
Marshall`s previously disclosed non-
beneficial interest in the company
and there is no change in that non-
beneficial interest. As a result of
this transaction, Mr. Robotham`s
non-beneficial interest in the
company increases from 7,997,693 to
8,237,693.
Clearance to shift the portfolio of shares has been obtained.
