RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
The board of Acc-Ross are pleased to announce that all of the resolutions tabled
at the general meeting held on Friday, 24 October 2008 were passed by the
requisite majority of shareholders. The special resolutions will be lodged with
the Registrar of Companies for registration as soon as is reasonably possible.
A finalisation announcement regarding the name change becoming unconditional and
providing details of the last day to trade and the record date will be released
on SENS as soon as the special resolutions have been registered.
