REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the Thirteenth (13th) annual general meeting of the shareholders of AFGRI
held today, Friday, 24 October 2008 at 10am, the requisite majority of
shareholders approved all of the ordinary resolutions and the special resolution
proposed in the notice to shareholders dated 23 September 2008.
AFGRI is pleased to report that Messrs. CA Apsey, JJ Claassen and JJ Ferreira
were re-elected to the board, after having retired by rotation.
