COUNTRY BIRD`S NUTRI FEEDS DEAL APPROVED
Investec Corporate Finance is authorised to announce that the R106,6-million
acquisition by Country Bird Holdings Limited of the remaining 50% of feed
company Nutri Feeds Proprietary Limited has been approved by the Competition
Commission without conditions. The transaction was effective on 23 October
2008.
