NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited we hereby advise
that the Company`s annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2008,
contained within the annual report 2008, will be issued on 27 October 2008. An
abridged report will not be published as the information contained in the
preliminary report dated 1 September 2008 is unchanged.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the members of ARM in
respect of the year ended 30 June 2008 will be held in Boardroom 4, Sandton
Convention Centre, Maude Street Sandton, on Friday, 28 November 2008 at 14:00.
