of the Listings Requirements, that Mr Barak Seelim Cohen was appointed a non-
executive director of the company effective from Friday, 24 October 2008.
A brief CV with regard to Mr Cohen is set out below:
After gaining hands-on construction experience, Mr Cohen has over the past eight
years accumulated extensive property development experience. He has been
involved in the successful project management of a number of commercial and
residential developments from the land acquisition stage through to the
conceptualisation and design stage as well as implementation and handover.
