Shareholder are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 23 June 2008, 4
August 2008, and 15 September 2008 respectively, in which shareholders were
advised that the company has entered into further negotiations, which if
successfully concluded may have a material effect on the price of the company`s
securities.
The company is still in negotiations and accordingly, shareholders are advised
to exercise caution when dealing in the company`s securities until a full
announcement is made.
