RESULTS OF THE RIGHTS OFFER
Purple Capital`s rights offer, in terms of which shareholders were offered 127
ordinary shares at 30 cents per share for every 100 shares held at the record
date, closed at noon on Friday, 24 October 2008. The rights offer was
underwritten by Investec Bank Limited ("Underwriter").
