CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Byron Nichles, the Group Chief Financial Officer, has resigned
from the company as well as the board of directors of the company with effect
from 31 December 2008.
The board thanks Byron for his contribution and wishes him well. A formal
process to identify a successor is currently underway.
