DISCLOSURE OF DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTOR
Shareholders are referred to the Circular to Shareholders, dated 15 November
2005, relating to the Black Economic Empowerment ("BEE") transaction. In terms
of the BEE agreement, the BEE parties are required to utilise all distributions
to acquire additional shares in Discovery in the market. Shareholders are
