NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Linked unitholders are advised that the Company`s annual report, incorporating
the group audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2008, was
dispatched today and contains the following changes to the group reviewed
results, which were announced on SENS on Friday, 29 August 2008:
A misallocation between share premium and linked debentures has been corrected.
Linked debentures increased (from R1 586 902 000 to R1 733 246 000) with a
corresponding decrease in share premium (from R2 166 608 000 to R2 020 264 000).
An error in the calculation of deferred tax within the Siyathenga group was also
corrected. This resulted in a decrease in the deferred tax liability (from R1
001 607 000 to R857 407 000), an increase in net negative goodwill recognised
(from R44 393 000 to R137 652 000) and an increase in income from associates
(from R173 043 000 to R223 984 000).
The annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting for the Company,
which will be held at the registered address, being 3rd Floor, Rivonia Village,
Rivonia Boulevard, Rivonia, Gauteng at 14h00 on Wednesday, 19 November 2008.
