News release, cautionary announcement and resignation of Chairman
The Board is pleased to announce that ChemSpec has licensed a Nigerian
manufacturer to produce decorative and automotive paint products in Nigeria for
sale in that territory.
Shareholders are further advised that ChemSpec has entered into negotiations,
which if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of
ChemSpec`s securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution
when dealing in the company`s securities until a full announcement is made
Shareholders are further advised that Ivan Clark resigned as Chairman of
ChemSpec with effect from yesterday. Strath Wood will be assuming responsibility
for the role of Chairman.
