RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of the company held
on Tuesday, 28 October 2008 at Jowell Glyn Marais House, 72 Grayston Drive,
Sandown, all the resolutions presented in the notice of annual general meeting
were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders. The special resolutions
will be submitted to the Registrar of Companies for registration in due course.
