CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Makalani Holdings
advises the following changes to the board with effect from 29 October 2008:
Leon von Moltke has resigned as non-executive director from the board and his
alternate Robert James Childerstone Hamer has been appointed a full director.
Grant Lawrence Minnaar has been appointed financial director.
The directors wish to record their appreciation to Mr von Moltke for the
services that he has provided to the company and to welcome Messrs Hamer and
Minnaar as full directors of the board.
