DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
The board of Nedbank Group has approved the following allocations on 28 October
2008 to non-executive directors of Nedbank Group and Nedbank Limited
participating in the Nedbank Eyethu Non-executive Directors Scheme. The Nedbank
Eyethu Non-executive Directors Trust purchased these shares at a cost of R101,54
per share on 1 September 2008, utilising the 2008 interim cash dividend in terms
of the rules governing this scheme.
