Results of general meeting
Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of SA REIT held at the
registered office of the Company today, all the resolutions relating to:
- the acquisition by SA REIT of the Santam Corporate Office Complex; and
- the change of name of SA REIT to Ingenuity Property Investments Limited,
were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders present and represented by
proxy.
The special resolution will be registered with the Registrar of Companies in due
course.
