NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Group`s annual financial statements for the
year ended 30 June 2008 were today posted to shareholders and contain no
modifications to the reviewed results, which were published on 21 August 2008.
Deloitte and Touche audited the results and the annual financial statements of
the Company and their unqualified report is available for inspection at the
registered offices of the Company.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Company will be
held at 08h30 on Wednesday, 26 November 2008, at Massmart House, 16 Peltier
Drive, Sunninghill Ext 6, Sandton, to transact the business as stated in the
notice of the annual general meeting.
