APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Wilson as Financial
Director with effect from 1 November 2008. Mike is a Chartered Accountant (SA)
and is currently CFO of Purple Capital. He first worked as an IT consultant for
a number of years and then as CFO of private companies in the IT, steel trading
and construction industries. Before joining Purple Capital, he spent a number of
years working for a multi-national steel trading and shipping company where he
was responsible for Group Finance.
