NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual financial statements for the
year ended 30 June 2008 were posted to shareholders today and contain no
modifications to the audited results which were published on 3 September 2008.
PricewaterhouseCoopers audited the results and the annual financial statements
of CBH and their reports are available for inspection at the registered offices
of the company.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting
The Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders on 30
October 2008 and notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the
company will be held at 10:00 on Friday, 21 November 2008, at Investec, 100
Grayston Drive, Sandton, Johannesburg, to transact business as stated in the
notice of the annual general meeting.
