Shareholders are referred to the audited group results announcement of 8
September 2008 where it was announced that KAP intended to raise capital by way
of a renounceable rights offer and that shareholders were to exercise caution
when trading in their KAP shares until the detailed terms, conditions and timing
relating to the rights offer had been announced.
KAP is in the process of finalising the detailed terms, conditions and timing
relating to the rights offer and accordingly shareholders are advised continue
exercising caution when trading in their KAP shares, until a full announcement
is made.
