RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 17 September 2008, shareholders are
advised that negotiations to explore alternative opportunities in addition to
the possible de-listing of Labat are still in progress which, if successfully
concluded, may have a material effect on the price of Labat`s shares.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
trading in Labat shares on the JSE Limited until a further announcement is made.
