("SHEARWATER") AND PATULA CONSTRUCTION (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED ("PATULA") BY THE
COMPETITION COMMISSION
Shareholders are referred to the announcement, dated 29 September 2008, relating
to the acquisition by Esor of the shares in the issued share capital of Patula
and Shearwater and are advised that on 31 October 2008 the Competition
Commission unconditionally approved these acquisitions.
Shareholders will be advised as soon as all the conditions precedent have been
fulfilled.
