are advised that the company has issued its annual financial statements for the
year ended 30 June 2008 today, 3 November 2008 and as the information previously
published in the reviewed profit and dividend announcement on 28 August 2008 is
unchanged, will not be publishing an abridged report.

The results of the company were audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. and their
report is available for inspection at the company`s registered office.
The annual general meeting of members will be held in the boardroom, 4th Floor,
