Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
31 May 2008 will be distributed to shareholders today, 3 November 2008, and
contain no modifications to the reviewed results which were published on SENS on
26 August 2008. The annual financial statements will also be available online on
the BCX website (www.bcx.co.za) on 3 November 2008.
The annual financial statements were audited by BCX`s auditors, Deloitte &
Touche. Their report is available for inspection at the company`s registered
office.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the fifth annual general meeting of BCX shareholders
will be held at Business Connexion Park North, 789 Sixteenth Road, Randjespark,
Midrand, on 26 November 2008 at 11:00 to transact the business as stated in the
annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial statements.
