DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE FOS SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for FOSCHINI LIMITED and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to FOSCHINI LIMITED (FOS)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of
118 cents per FOSNIC share instalment that is payable on Monday, 5 January 2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Tuesday, 23 December 2008. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Wednesday, 24 December 2008
and the record date will be Friday, 2 January 2009.
