APPOINTMENT OF GROUP COMPLIANCE OFFICER
In furtherance of the Company`s stated commitment to ensuring appropriate
governance and compliance practice, the Company has previously announced its
intention to appoint a Group Compliance Officer.
Tiger Brands is pleased to confirm the appointment of Mr Thulani Kunene as Group
Compliance Officer, with effect from 3 November 2008.
Mr Kunene holds the degrees of B Proc, LLB and MBL and until his appointment as
Group Compliance Officer at Tiger Brands, was the Head of Enforcement and Acting
Deputy Commissioner at the offices of the Competition Commission.
