Datacentrix wish to advise shareholders that Mr Israel Skosana has resigned as
Non-Executive Director from the board of directors with effect from 3 November
2008. Mr Skosana has been a member of the board for two years and was a member
of the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee and Audit and Risk Committee.
