PAYMENT OF DEBENTURE INTEREST ANNOUNCEMENT ON REDEFINE INCOME FUND LIMITED
ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("RDFIDC")
The Directors of Redefine Income Fund Limited have declared a Debenture interest
distribution of 15.53 cents per linked unit payable on Monday, 24 November 2008
to ordinary holders recorded in the books of the company at the close of
business on Friday, 21 November 2008.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, RDFIDC,
will receive a Redefine Income Fund Limited debenture interest distribution of
15.53 cents per security on Monday, Monday, 24 November 2008 in terms of the
Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec
Bank Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the interest distribution) in order
to participate in the interest distribution will be Friday, 14 November 2008.
RDFIDC Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the interest
distribution from the commencement of business on Monday, 17 November 2008, and
the record date will be Friday, 21 November 2008.
