SALIENT DATES OF NAME CHANGE AND TRANSFER OF SECTOR
Samroc shareholders are referred to the circular and announcement dated 24
October 2008 detailing, inter alia, the company`s change of name to SacOil
Holdings Limited ("SacOil") and the transfer of its listing to the "Mining -
Integrated Oil and Gas" sector of the JSE Limited ("JSE") list and convening the
general meeting of shareholders to approve the aforesaid on Friday, 21 November
2008.
The proposed salient dates applicable to the change of name and transfer of
