Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements dated 19 May 2008, 30
June 2008, 11 August 2008 and 19 September 2008 respectively, in which
shareholders were advised that IFCA has entered into negotiations to introduce a
Black Economic Empowerment Partner into the company. The company is still in
negotiations and accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when
dealing in the company`s securities until a full announcement is made.
