REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the 2008 annual general meeting of the shareholders of Comair held today, 30
October 2008, all the ordinary resolutions and a special resolution proposed at
the meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with CIPRO in due course.
