NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Audited results
With regard to the audited results for the year ended 31 July 2008, shareholders
are advised that the annual financial statements were distributed to
shareholders on 31 October 2008 and contained no modifications to the audited
results which were published on SENS on 29 September 2008.
The annual financial statements were audited by KPMG. Their report is available
for inspection at the Company`s registered office.
Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the ninth annual general meeting of Phumelela Gaming
and Leisure Limited shareholders will be held at 9h00 on Friday 5 December 2008
in the Harry`s Charm Room, Turffontein Racecourse, 14 Turf Club Street,
Turffontein, Johannesburg to transact the business as stated in the annual
general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial statements.
