ANNOUNCEMENT OF GRANT PRICE AND ALLOCATIONS OF SHARE APPRECIATION RIGHTS TO
CERTAIN OF THE DIRECTORS AND COMPANY SECRETARY OF REMGRO
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 28 October
2008 regarding the adjustments to the Remgro share scheme.
The outstanding conditions to the share appreciation right ("SAR") scheme have
been met. Accordingly, the directors and company secretary will be granted
SARs, as set out below, at a grant price of R72.00 per SAR which is based on the
closing price of Remgro shares on 3 November 2008.
