TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required
to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable
degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be
reported on will differ by at least 20% or more from the financial results for
the previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that ACTOWERS is currently finalising its results for
the six months ended 31 August 2008 and are advised that its earnings and
headline earnings per share for the six months ended 31 August 2008 are expected
to increase by between 25% and 35% over that of the previous corresponding
period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors. The company`s results for the
six months ended 31 August 2008 are expected to be published on SENS on
12 November 2008.
