Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of
FoneWorx will be held on Thursday, 27 November 2008 at 14:00 at the offices of
the company, First Floor, Corner Bram Fischer Drive and Will Scarlet Road
(entrance on Will Scarlet Road), Ferndale, Randburg to transact the business
stated in the notice of the annual general meeting, which is contained in the
Annual Report.
