RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at a general meeting of UCS held on 5 November
2008, the ordinary resolutions pertaining to the approval of a proposed
management incentive scheme for the benefit of the current UCS staff who qualify
as eligible employees, were tabled for voting and were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders present or represented by proxy, without modification.
