REMGRO LTD ("REM") WARRANTS NOTICE
As a result of REM corporate action, REM warrants have been
adjusted accordingly to leave warrant holders in an equivalent position as
prior to the corporate action. Holders of the warrants below are referred to
the notice to shareholders of REM.
Holders of REM warrants will now have rights to a basket comprised of-

Deutsche Bank AG will not make any changes to the parameters of the warrants.
