RICHEMONT SECURITIES AG ("RCH") WARRANTS NOTICE
As a result of Richemont Securities AG corporate action, RCH warrants have been
adjusted accordingly to leave warrant holders in an equivalent position as
prior to the corporate action. Holders of RCH warrants will now have rights to a
basket comprised of:

Deutsche Bank AG will not make any changes to the parameters of the warrants.
