shareholders are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Cashbuild`s audited annual financial results for the year ended 30
June 2008, published on 16 September 2008, the annual report was posted on
Wednesday, 29 October 2008. The annual report contains no modifications to the
aforementioned published audited results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Cashbuild will be held at 10h00 on
Monday, 24 November 2008 at the company`s registered office, cnr Aeroton and
Aerodrome Roads, Aeroton, Johannesburg to transact the business as stated in the
notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
