CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Acucap linked unitholders are advised that Baden Marlow has been appointed as
financial director of Acucap effective immediately.
Baden is a chartered accountant and has been the chief financial officer of
Acucap since the company listed in March 2002. After completing his articles
with Ernst & Young, he was the practice manager of a Cape Town law firm, and
subsequently spent 8 years as financial director of a diversified retail and
property business before joining Acucap.
The board welcomes Baden, and looks forward to his continued contribution as a
key member of the executive management team. Baden will continue to act as
company secretary.
