CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
notice is hereby given that Mr Ashley de Klerk has resigned as director of the
company with effect from 5 November 2008.
The board wishes to thank Ashley for his contribution and wish him well for the
future.
Recently appointed executive director, Derek Hughes, will be assuming Ashley`s
responsibilities.
