RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of City Lodge
shareholders held on Thursday, 6 November 2008, the ordinary resolutions and
special resolution as set out in the notice of annual general meeting dispatched
to shareholders on 15 October 2008 were passed, on a poll, by the requisite
majorities.
The special resolution regarding the general authority to repurchase shares will
be lodged for registration with the Registrar of Companies in due course.
