FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE INCOME DISTRIBUTION
Unitholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 28 October 2008 relating
to, inter alia, the income distribution with the option for unitholders to elect
to receive a unit distribution. The directors of Oasis Crescent Property Fund
Managers Limited ("the Manager"), the management company of the Fund hereby
confirm that the salient dates and times have not been changed and remain as set
out in the aforementioned announcement.
