Resignation of Company Secretary
Central Rand Gold Limited, a gold exploration and development company,
announces that Bethuel Ngwenya has resigned as Company Secretary, effective
30 November 2008. A replacement will be announced in due course.
Alastair Walton, Chairman, commented "Bethuel Ngwenya has played an integral
role in the development of Central Rand Gold and on behalf of the Board, I
would like to sincerely thank Bethuel for his hard work and wish him well in
the future."
