CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements
notification is hereby given of the resignation of Ben du Toit as executive
director, with effect from 5 November 2008. Ben du Toit will remain employed by
the company.
Ben`s resignation effectively maintains the BEE representation on the board; the
board having been enlarged by the appointment of 2 additional directors
subsequent to the Portland Group acquisition.
