CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS OF THE COMPANY
Shareholders are advised that the following changes have been made to the Board
of Directors and officers of the Company:
Mr H. Todd has resigned as Financial Director with effect from 5 November 2008
and will be exiting the Company on 30 November 2008;
Mr M. Diedloff has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and will assume
such position with effect from 1 December 2008;
Mr M. Diedloff has resigned as Company Secretary with effect from 5 November
2008;
Miss E. Cornelius has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 5
November 2008.
